With my background as a psychologist and long-time meditator, I bring a blend of clinical insight and mindful presence to our work together. I will walk alongside you as we uncover what truly matters to you and identify the changes that will bring more clarity, purpose, and contentment into your life. Together, we will look at what may be holding you back—patterns of thinking, emotional blocks, or old wounds—and find ways to move through them with compassion and courage. I will help you stay accountable as you begin to make shifts, coaching you through setbacks and celebrating progress.
Whether your goals are emotional, relational, or spiritual, I will support you to stay grounded, clear, and motivated. This is not a quick fix, but a collaborative journey towards a more authentic and fulfilling life—one step at a time, with someone by your side.
My private practice is in Healesville in the Yarra Valley and I can offer you face to face appointments and/or Telehealth sessions.

MY CREDENTIALS
I have nearly 40 years experience as a psychologist, working in some of the big counselling agencies in Melbourne in senior positions and in private practice.
My meditation history is in Tibetan Buddhism as a scholar and practitioner of this ancient tradition. I have been able to integrate these learnings into my own life and into my psychology practice.
Some of the places I have worked- Cairnmillar Institute as Head of the Professional School, Relationships Australia as the Manager of Relationship Education, LifeWorks as Senior Clinician, Clinical Director of Evancourt Private Hospital (now Albert Road Clinic).
